Dr. Kylie MoselingBDSc (Hons Class 1), Grad Dip Clin Dent, MDSc (Orthodontics)"My approach to orthodontic care is simple: I treat every patient as I would my own family—with expertise, compassion, and the highest standard of care. I believe in providing up-to-date and effective treatments while ensuring a comfortable and supportive experience for both patients and their families." Kylie graduated from the University of Queensland with First Class Honours in Dentistry in 1996 before serving as a Dental Officer with the Royal Australian Navy for three years. She then worked as a general dentist in Sydney and Canberra while completing the Primary Examinations for the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, earning the FG Christensen Medal for the most outstanding performance. In 2002, Kylie completed a Master of Dentistry in Orthodontics at the University of Melbourne. Since then, she has worked in private practice and as a consultant at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. She has also contributed to dental education as an instructor in Orthodontics for undergraduate dental students and a tutor for postgraduate students at the University of Melbourne. In addition, she has been actively involved with the Australian Society of Orthodontics, including serving as Secretary for the Victorian Branch. Beyond her professional life, Kylie is a proud mother of two teenagers. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, and taking on the challenge of learning new languages. | |

Dr. Jim BokasBDSc Grad Dip Clin Dent MDSc (Melb) MOrth RCS (Edin)Clinical Philosophy “I care for my patients as I would my own family, ensuring open communication, ethical practice and evidence-based treatment.” Jim graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1996, ranking first on the Dean’s Honours List and earning seven awards in his final year of dental school. After four years in general practice, he passed the Primary Examinations for the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons with commendations. In 2003, Jim completed his Master of Dentistry in Orthodontics at the University of Melbourne. His clinical work earned him the Australian Orthodontic Board Prize for the best-treated postgraduate case (2001-2003). He further advanced his expertise in 2005, achieving Membership in Orthodontics through the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. Beyond private practice, Jim has been a senior lecturer at the University of Melbourne since 2004, teaching in Orthodontics and Paediatric Dentistry at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He also contributed to the dental community as a member of the Australian Dental Association’s Dental Health Education Committee for over four years. Dr. Edwin TanBDSc (Hons), DCD, MRACDS (Orth), MOrth RCS (Edin)Clinical Philosophy: "My goal is to deliver the highest standard of orthodontic care to every single patient. I believe in treating individuals with the same level of compassion, respect, and attention that I would offer to my own family and friends. With a gentle and patient-centred approach, I aim to create a positive and comfortable experience throughout your orthodontic journey." Edwin graduated from dentistry at the University of Melbourne in 2008 with honours. He began his career at Goulburn Valley Base Hospital in Shepparton, where he gained invaluable experience over two years. During this time, he successfully completed the Primary Examinations for the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons with commendations. Upon returning to Melbourne, Edwin practiced in the private sector before pursuing specialist orthodontic training at the University of Melbourne. During his postgraduate studies, he also held a teaching role, mentoring graduate dentists—an area in which he remains actively involved through lecturing and clinical supervision at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level. In 2014, Edwin obtained his Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Orthodontics and was awarded membership by examination with both the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (MRACDS (Orth)) and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MOrth RCSEd). Committed to staying at the forefront of advancements in orthodontics, Edwin regularly attends national and international conferences. He takes great pride in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and is dedicated to guiding his patients through treatment to help them achieve confident, healthy smiles. Outside of practice, Edwin enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two young sons and their beloved family dog. He also has a keen interest in travel, cars, golf, and snowboarding. | |
